In het hart van de stad in een straatje vol speciaalzaken vindt u 'de Stolp'. Kom een dagje Deventer doen, u kunt ons niet missen! Stuur ons een aan uzelf geadresseerde enveloppe met 88 ct porto en u krijgt een prachtig winkelgidsje + kortingsbon en een wandelroute toegestuurd!

U vindt ons als volgt: u neemt de achteruitgang van V&D, slaat rechtsaf en u ziet 'de Stolp' aan uw rechterhand! Vanaf het station loopt u naar het centrum, waar u V&D al spoedig zult zien: u loopt in maximaal 10 minuten naar 'de Stolp'.

The nicest dollshouse shop in one of the most beautiful towns in the Netherlands: Deventer, just 100 kms east of Amsterdam on the river Ijssel. Take a look in your 'Lonely Planet' and you will see Deventer is among the Top Three list of places to visit in The Netherlands!

A medieval town bursting with exquisitely renovated monuments and full of attractive events: the largest book fair of Europe on the first Sunday in August, Deventer on Stilts in July, the Dickens festival the third weekend of December, attracting more people every year!

With a huge variety in specialist shops and restaurants Deventer is a city that offers her goodies all year around and is worth a visit at all times.

And in the middle of all this you’ll find ‘de Stolp’ one of the finest dollshouse shops in the Netherlands, with a lot of special items you will not find anywhere else. ‘De Stolp’ even offers her own B&B: ‘t Bakhuusje, located in the small town of Loo/Bathmen, just 14 kms from the city centre in a peaceful area.

A dolls house holiday in The Netherlands

During a relaxed stay in our own B&B you build a  little cottage. The purpose is not only building, but also decorating the house as much as possible.

The program:

You arrive on a Sundaynight  around 7 p.m. and are welcomed with coffee/tea.

After a good breakfast the next morning we start building and decorating. After lunch we continue as long as we feel up to it. The rest of the night you are free to do whatever you want! The next day, after another inspiring breakfast, we take of for the shop in Deventer to choose and pick wallpapers and lights for your house. We also visit the museum containing very nice old dolls houses. After lunch we return home and work on our house the rest of the afternoon. Dinner is served on Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning we continue working on the house, allowing you to take it with you in  a nearly finished state.

The price of this arrangement is € 315, p.p. incl. the dollshouse and what ever is needed to build it, paint, wallpaper, 12V adaptor.Three nights with breakfast, a lunch twice, drinks, a diner incl. drinks.
